Toby, new oc. He's nine years of age, and he is the bringer of the night sky XD yes something simple for design cause if I had that kind of power I wouldn't want to be standing out while walking around.

Where ever he goes night follows thats how his little power works. Done with 18 colours. New base so it was baseless to start with.

The base I've made from this will be available when I make a few more poses for it.
